Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Meridian Intelligence LLC provides Meridian, an Execution Intelligence Platform for complex capital projects. For any questions about this policy or your data, contact privacy@meridianei.com, Meridian Intelligence LLC, State of Wyoming, United States.

2. Information we collect

You give us:

• Contact and demo-request data — name, work email, company, role, and anything you include in a message or demo request.
• Account data — profile details and credentials for the people you authorise to use the Platform.
• Billing data — business contact and billing details.
• Project data you upload — the packages, vendors, schedules and related information you and your authorised users enter into the Platform.

We collect automatically:

• Usage and device data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, actions in the Platform, and timestamps, including via cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

The Platform is for business project data and is not designed to hold sensitive personal data.

3. Why we collect it

We use this information to:

• provide, secure and operate the Platform;
• respond to enquiries and demo requests;
• support our customers;
• improve the Platform, including through diagnostics and de-identified analysis;
• handle billing and keep business records; and
• comply with applicable law.

Where we rely on your consent (for example, for certain cookies or marketing), you can withdraw it at any time.

4. Aggregated and de-identified data

We may create de-identified and aggregated data that does not identify you, any customer, project or vendor, and use it to operate, secure and improve our services. This data is not used to re-identify anyone.

5. How we share information

We share personal data only as needed:

• Service providers — hosting, infrastructure, email and support providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate contracts.
• Your organisation — for authorised users, with the customer that controls the account.
• Legal and safety — where required by law or to protect rights, safety and security.
• Corporate transactions — for example, in a merger, acquisition or financing, subject to confidentiality.

We do not sell personal data.

6. International processing

We and our service providers may process and store data in more than one country. Where we transfer personal data across borders, we take steps to protect it consistent with this policy.

7. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it. Project data you upload is kept while your account is active and deleted within a reasonable period after your account ends, or on your request, unless we must keep records for legal or tax reasons.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including access controls, tenant separation, encryption in transit and at rest, and logging. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Our current security approach is described on our Security & Trust page.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict how we use it, and you can withdraw consent where we rely on it. To make a request, contact privacy@meridianei.com. If your data was uploaded to the Platform by one of our customers, we will refer your request to that customer. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

10. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy, where you can manage your preferences.

11. Children

The Site and Platform are for business use and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the updated version with a new “Last Updated” date and, for material changes, take additional reasonable steps to notify you. Please review it periodically.
