Why Meridian

I've watched complex projects go wrong for want of a number that arrived too late, on the construction site and everywhere the cost of that delay finally lands.

For over twenty years I've worked in complex capital projects: EPC execution and delivery across the Middle East, Europe, and North and South America. I've seen this problem from nearly every seat. I came up through the field, on construction sites and in engineering, where the delays actually happen, and where you feel a project slipping long before the numbers will admit it. Over time I moved into project and delivery leadership, and into carrying full accountability for how these projects land, commercially as well as technically.

That range taught me one thing above all else: the problem is almost never that no one saw the risk. It's that the information proving it arrived too late to act on. On site, the slip shows up in the work before it shows up in the data. By the time it reaches the people accountable for the outcome, the decision window has usually closed and the cheap options are gone. A forecast that lands weeks late. A package status no one can confirm until the slip is already cash. Data that exists somewhere, but never where you can use it in time.

For most of my career that was simply the reality. The tools genuinely couldn't keep up. That has changed. The technology now exists to see execution as it actually moves, and to know earlier, while there's still room to act.

That's why I built Meridian. Not to replace the systems teams already run, but to sit above them, turning scattered, late-arriving data into one live picture, where changing a single forecast cascades through everything it touches, so the true cost of a slip is visible while you can still do something about it. It's the platform I wanted on every project I ran and didn't have.

I've been on the receiving end of knowing too late. Meridian exists so the next team doesn't have to.

Built by a delivery leader with more than twenty years on complex capital projects.

Know earlier. Act faster.
